Hi! My name is Yusuke, and I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals, or assist in recovering from injury.

My certifications:

  • ACE
  • First aid, CPR
  • Infofit rehabilitation of the Hip, Knee and Ankle
  • Infofit rehab of the Shoulder, Elbow and Wrist

  • Package of 12 sessions (3 sessions per week) [$840]  –  $70 per session

  • Partner Training ⌈$120⌋

  • Partner Training  Package of 5 Sessions ⌈$550⌋

  • In-house training  available in Kitsilano and West Point Grey areas
