Extended hours Mondays through Fridays – Personal Training

I have decided to extend hours until 10PM from current 8PM for night owls and working professionals.  After 7PM, there aren’t many people in the gym. If you are worried about working out in a crowded personal training gym, this is a great time to hit the gym.


Nobody is watching you

I have met many who don’t want to go to a gym due to 

  • Their body figure
  • Completely beginners 
  • Being surrounded by big muscle gym guys 

Most of them feel intimidated. First of all, nobody in the gym is watching you.  Secondly, once you start moving, you wouldn’t care but would enjoy the feeling.

Our Personal training gym

Stations are separated and once you are in, no one else is allowed to enter.  Also the gym limits the number of people.  Updated Details for COVID protocol are this and this

I will also try to find out the quiet time upon request.


What do I specialize in?

  • I have worked at the gym for 3 years where there are lots of older clients. This place taught me what not to do as well as corrective strength training exercises plus injury prevention for everyone.
  • I have helped clients whose goal is weight loss. 
  •  Gymnastics background taught me the importance of core muscles and how to train them.
