Persistence is the key to achieve a goal
Persistence is the direct result of habit. The mind absorbs and becomes a part of the daily experiences upon which it feeds. Procrastination, the worst of all enemies, can be effectively cured by forced repetition of acts of courage.
Behavioral change
The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desires bring weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat. If you find yourself lacking in persistence, this weakness may be remedied by building a stronger fire under your desires.
No one could change you but you can.
Have a plan when you start, set your mind toward a goal. I will motivate you from there and guide you to help you achieve your goals.
Who have I helped in personal training?
