Weekend Personal Training Available

If you are looking to work out at our personal training gym during a quiet time, Saturdays and Sundays are perfect for you.  My availabilities are as follows

  • Saturday 8am – 4pm
  • Sunday 8am – 4pm

I can also try to find quiet time on weekdays.  Don’t be shy to ask me for the details.



Should you stretch before workout

There is some controversy regarding stretching as part of the warm up, although if very high intensity elements are to be included in the workout, stretching may actually inhibit the ability to achieve full intensity. 

This is attributed to the fact that stretching improves muscle elasticity which lowers the force generating capacity of the contractile proteins of the muscle. Moreover, the practice of stretching before performing any warm up is not justified and may potentially be harmful.
