  • The health order change only applies to capacity levels at our personal training gym.
  • Masks are still mandatory for all trainers and everyone has to wear a mask in common areas.
  • Trainees can remove their mask when they are actively exercising.
  • Vaccine cards and the consent forms are still an ongoing.
  • Session are still booked at the top of the hour and are 55 minutes in length.

Why Should you Stretch?

Decreased flexibility has been associated with various musculoskeletal injuries, including muscle strains and the overuse conditions. When a muscle becomes shortened and inflexible, it cannot lengthen appropriately or generate adequate force. This inflexible and weakened state often leads to injury.
