Dealing with low back pain? The reverse lunge was my lifesaver! Often, we need to pick things up from the floor. Start with a neutral spine, step one leg back, and here's a tip: resting your elbow on your knee reduces the load on your lower back.

Narrow Stance Lunge 🚶‍♂️

For slightly higher items, try the narrow stance lunge. It's a practical solution that's easy on your lower back.

Single Leg Reach 🦵

Maintain a neutral spine, bend at the hips when reaching for something. Ensure the movement stems from your hips, not your lower back. If available, use a chair or table for support.
