約二年ぶりにジムに戻りました。コロナ対策が不安でしたが、トレーナーさんが開始前と終了時に消毒液を使ってマシンを拭いてくださっているのと、また他の人とソーシャルディスタンスを確保するために床にシールが貼られているので、安心してトレーニングを受けることができています。また、トレーナーさんが、希望の時間帯の予約状況を事前にチェックして教えてくれるので、今まで混んでいる日に当たったことがないです。
コロナで気持ちが暗くなっていましたが、運動した後は気持ちがすっきりして爽快です。重い腰を上げて、行ってよかった!と思っています。
トレーナーのゆうすけさんは、とても話しやすい人で、親切におしえてくれるので、楽しく続けられています。


I returned to the gym for the first time in about two years. I was worried about corona measures, but the trainer wiped the machine with antiseptic solution before the start and at the end, and a sticker was put on the floor to secure social distance with other people. I am able to receive training with peace of mind. Also, the trainer will check the reservation status of the desired time zone in advance and tell you, so I have never hit a busy day.
My feelings were darkened by the corona, but after exercising, my feelings are refreshing and refreshing. I’m glad I lifted my heavy waist and went! I think.
Yusuke, the trainer, is a very easy-to-speak person and kindly teaches me, so I continue to enjoy it.

Covid-19 updates

Effective September 13, 2021, you must have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to enter the gym and be fully vaccinated by October 24, 2021.

OBTAIN YOUR PROOF OF VACCINATION:
As per the Province of British Columbia’s Proof of vaccination order, you may currently use one of three methods for proof of vaccination:

1. Access your BC Vaccination Card through gov.bc.ca

2. Download a pdf copy of your records from the Government’s Health Gateway website or call: 1-833-838-2323, seven days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm (PDT).

3. Provide your COVID-19 Immunization Record Card received at the immunization clinic.

Other gym protocols remain the same at the moment.  Let’s keep ourselves safe while personal training!!
