Her goal is not weight loss, but improving general fitness level.   Last time, she checked her body mass and body fat percentage, she was so shocked by the poor results. Since then we have been working harder (strength training) to get better results.  

Here are the results after training for 6 months – personal training once in every other week plus she does strength training on her own 1 – 2 times a week. 

  • Body fat mass – 3.1kg
  • Skeletal muscle mass + 1.2kg

I have been working as a personal trainer for almost 7 years and for the last 4 years, I have been working on my own located in Kitsilano Vancouver.    ( the gym for only personal training )

Feeling some changes -Personal Training-

Although your goal is to lose weight, it is so important to see some small changes.  

  • You may have more energy 
  • You may think the clothes is bigger even though the weight is the same
  • Your body may feel warmer due to EPOC

Losing weight may take some time and can be frustrating if you don’t see the immediate result.  This is why you want to have a short term goal as well as the long term goal (obviously they have to be realistic).

New Reasonable Package – Personal Training in Kitsilano

This package may not be for everyone but for someone who has time and will dedicate his / her time to our personal training sessions.  

If you decide to come to the gym for 3 times per week for 4 weeks, $840 in total – $70 per session.  My normal rate for 10 session package is $750 which is $75 per session.
