If you decide to start training in May, the initial session is free.
This is what you can expect from the personal training sessions.
- Greetings and fill up the forms.
- Warm up for 5 – 10 minutes (including cardio warm up and dynamic warm up for resistance training).
- Resistance training for 30 – 40 minutes.
- Cool down and stretch for 5 – 10 minutes.
One personal training session is about 55 minutes long and I will show you the basic movement of the initial session while checking how you can perform, fitness level, your flexibility and mobility.
I will describe the movement little by little. Don’t be shy if you are a beginner.
