Personal training review November 2023

ゆき

I attended 12 times in total, 6 times in the summer of 2018 and 6 times in the spring of 2023. Mr. Yusuke will teach you a training plan that takes into account your goals, and he will create a training plan that is tailored to your own pace in a way that will not cause injury, so you can come with peace of mind. Also, once you know how to use your muscles, there are many workouts you can do at home, so it’s also recommended for beginners! I haven’t been able to go to school lately because I’ve been busy, but I feel more motivated by going, so I’d like to ask for another training course when things calm down again!

My wife and I have been training with Yusuke since 2016. I would like to share some pros and cons before you hire him as your personal trainer.
Pros: 1. Professional – he knows what he is doing. 2. Ethical – never cut corner. 3. Due diligent – always prevent us from injury.
Cons: I would like him to laugh at my dirty jokes. LOL
Yusuke receives a 5 stars from Google review and I so envy him. I told him that I was going to give him a 4.9999 star to make his Google review more real. Keep it up! Yusuke.

Yusuke is consummate professional. He is dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge of health and movement. After training with him at a private gym, I followed him to his own practice. Having experienced years of chronic back pain, Yusuke amends my fitness program to address periods of injury recovery, as well as phases of fitness gain. He is committed to the goals of his clients and his diligence regarding form, alignment and the general safety and well-being of his clients, is outstanding.
