I’ve created a new group training session specifically designed for individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia. This class runs every Sunday at 10 AM and is tailored to meet the unique needs of those managing bone health concerns.
Why This Class is Different
As we age, it’s important to adjust our exercise routines—especially if you’ve been diagnosed with a condition like osteoporosis or osteopenia. Some movements may no longer be safe, and using the wrong form or intensity can increase the risk of injury. In this class, modification is key. The goal is to help you stay strong, mobile, and pain-free while protecting your joints and bones.
What to Expect
- Exercises modified to support bone health
- A focus on building strength safely
- Balance training in every session to help prevent falls
- A small class size (maximum 4 people) so I can give close attention to each participant
If you’re new to training or unsure about where to start, I may suggest beginning with a one-on-one session before joining the group.
Other Group Training Options
In addition to this new Sunday group, I also run:
- Saturday at 10 AM
- Monday at 7 PM
All sessions are capped at 4 people to ensure everyone gets the attention they need.
If you’re interested or have questions about whether this class is right for you, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to talk more and help you get started.
