Just like training a senior client, this client taught me valuable lessons. I was a bit nervous first but I enjoyed doing personal training sessions with this client.
Do these dynamic warm up before training
I never start with static stretches for personal training sessions but some dynamic warm up. I found people are so ready for training after them.
Some of Hamstrings stretch you can do
I am talking about the static stretch here. Make sure you stretch the target muscles when your body is warm. Otherwise, it is not only that effective, but also you may injure yourself by stretching.

I want to encourage those who want to start out their training but are shy to go to the gym. Outside training in Kitsilano is available and $60 per session for one on one personal training at the park. I will keep training at the gym, too.
