Covid-19 updates

Effective September 13, 2021, you must have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to enter the gym and be fully vaccinated by October 24, 2021.

OBTAIN YOUR PROOF OF VACCINATION:
As per the Province of British Columbia’s Proof of vaccination order, you may currently use one of three methods for proof of vaccination:

1. Access your BC Vaccination Card through gov.bc.ca

2. Download a pdf copy of your records from the Government’s Health Gateway website or call: 1-833-838-2323, seven days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm (PDT).

3. Provide your COVID-19 Immunization Record Card received at the immunization clinic.

Other gym protocols remain the same at the moment.  Let’s keep ourselves safe while personal training!!

Labour day

Labour day coming Monday September 6th, open as usual 1PM to 8PM. Take a chance to start your personal training journey!

Covid-19 updates

The Province has announced mandatory masks in indoor public settings, specifically common areas of sport and fitness centres, when not engaged in physical activity effective Wednesday August 25th. 

This doesn’t change anything to the current policies at our gym, since we still require masks in all common areas. Masks are mandatory for trainers and staff at all times.  Once a client is in a station, a mask is not required.  Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.  Let’s keep ourselves safe while personal training!!

I am now fully vaccinated. You can also expect to have an absolute safe distance for personal training. Don’t be shy to ask me for a slow time, you could possibly do “personal training” without many people around.

Gym Updates

30 minute personal training sessions are not allowed in the gym at this time. Instead, a student / working holiday discount is available. Take this chance when you are motivated!! Don’t be shy to ask for details.

A mask is not required once you are in a station. Wearing masks is mandatory only in the common area. Personal Trainers still have to wear masks. Let’s keep ourselves safe while training in the gym.
