I have been training with Yusuke for a month and already I feel stronger, more mobile and more present in my body. He is friendly, encouraging, knowledgable and makes an effort to keep workouts fun and engaging. I love how much progress I have made in such a short amount of time.

Yusuke is the best personal trainer that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He has a very strong understanding of how the body works, and tailors every single exercise for your needs. I always felt comfortable working with him, and he was calm, well-spoken. He helped me navigate a lingering hip injury with poise, and was always attentive to strict form. I have been training with Yusuke for over 4 years now. In my opinion, he is one of the best gym trainer you can have and he is probably one of the major reason I keep going to the gym. He focuses more on core strength, flexibility and stamina. This not only makes me look good but also improves my life quality greatly. His training regimes are innovative, creative and scientific and always leaves me exhausted but not overly drained after a session. What I have like the most about him is that he is a great listener. I have had about 20 sessions with Yusuke and he really knows what he is doing, one of the things that I liked the most about the training program is that it is designed according to routines that I enjoy, also like in my case that I have an ankle injury, all went perfectly well. The first assessment session is wonderful because he really evaluates all that needs to be done to be able to program a great training for you and scheduling is also flexible. パーソナルトレーニングに通い始めて1年半になりました。週2、3回を目安に通ってます。毎回のトレーニングはハードですが達成感あります。
このご時世、運動不足でジムに通いたいけどジムにたくさん人がいてジムに行きたくても躊躇をしてしまいますが、ここのパーソナルトレーニングだと予約制でセクションが区切られいるので他の人と密なりません。そして、トレーナーさんが、道具を毎回除菌してくれるので安心して使えるのも嬉しいです。

It’s been a year and a half since I started attending personal training. I go there two or three times a week as a guide. Every training is hard, but there is a sense of accomplishment.
At this time, If you want to go to the gym due to lack of exercise, but hesitate because there may be many people in the gym. However, in the case of personal training here, the sections are separated by reservation, so with other people It doesn’t get dense. And the trainer will sterilize the tools every time, so I’m happy that you can use it with confidence.
