I have been working with Yusuke-san for a half year and I highly recommend you to try his session! Though I wanted to start my fitness journey, I didn’t know where to start. I had never been to the gym and I easily got overwhelmed. He is very knowledgeable, relatable and easy to understand for beginners. Now I am glad that I made the first step forward my fitness goal. I feel very comfortable and enjoy working out with Yusuke-san!

Yusukeさんとトレーニングを始めてもうすぐ2年になります。いつも丁寧に指導してくださり、メニューも私の身体の状態に合わせてカスタマイズしてくれます。おかげさまで筋トレが楽しくなりました!33%あった体脂肪率が半年後には27%と-6%となり結果が見た目だけでなく数字にも表れました!

Personal Training progress with one of my clients

Her goal is not weight loss, but improving general fitness level.   Last time, she checked her body mass and body fat percentage, she was so shocked by the poor results. Since then we have been working harder (strength training) to get better results.  

Here are the results after training for 6 months – personal training once in every other week plus she does strength training on her own 1 – 2 times a week. 

  • Body fat mass – 3.1kg
  • Skeletal muscle mass + 1.2kg

 パーソナルトレーニングは敷居の高いイメージでしたが、トレーナーさんがとてもフレンドリーでわかりやすく指導してくれるので、もっと早くからはじめていれば良かったと思いました。僕は自分1人ではトレーニングがなかなか続かず、三日坊主になりがちでしたが、トレーナーさんのサポートもあり長く続けられてます。時間を自分のスケジュールにあわしてくれるのもとてもありがたかったです。ジムは清潔感があり年配から若者まで幅広い年齢の方がトレーニングされていてそれも自分にとって居心地がとても良かったです。初めてパーソナルトレーナーを始める方、より専門的にトレーニングしたい方にもとてもおすすめです。


I had the impression that personal training was a high threshold, but the trainers are very friendly and give easy-to-understand instructions, so I wish I had started earlier. It was difficult for me to continue training by myself, and I tended to be bald for three days. I was also very grateful that they were able to fit the time into my schedule.
