始めの十回だけ Personal training で習って後はご自分でトレーニングをしたいという人がいますが自分はそれでも全く構いませんがその後続かないのが残念です。  歯を磨くなどの習慣をおろそかにする人はそうそういないと思います。 要するに運動をそのくらい重要な習慣と位置付けるのが最も大事ではないかと思います。
