Small Group Training in Kitsilano Sunday at 10:45 AM

Group training can be fun, motivating, and social. But when it comes to resistance training, fun alone is not enough. If your training does not progress, your results will stall. That is exactly why I started my Sunday group training in Kitsilano.

This program is designed to combine the energy of group workouts with the structure and accountability of personal training.

Why Most Group Training Falls Short

There are many group training options out there. You show up, follow the workout, sweat, and feel good afterward. However, most programs miss one critical element: progressive overload.

Progressive overload is the foundation of resistance training. Without it, strength, muscle, and long-term results do not improve. In many group settings, no one tracks your weights, reps, or progress. Often, the weights are already set, and you simply choose what feels right that day.

That puts all the responsibility on you, with very little guidance.

How My Group Training Is Different

In my Sunday group training, your progress matters. I track your training records and use them to guide future sessions. This allows you to train with purpose, not guesswork.

You still get the group atmosphere, but with a clear structure and progression plan. That is the key difference.

Small Group Size for Better Coaching

The maximum number of participants is eight. This keeps the group small enough for proper coaching, feedback, and safety. Spots are first come, first served.

A registration form is sent out one week before Sunday. You simply fill it out, and you are booked. No extra steps, no confusion.

Initial Assessment and Individual Focus

Before you start, I will do an assessment with you. This helps identify what you should focus on, beyond your main goal.

For example, your goal might be strength or fat loss, but you may also need to improve mobility, balance, or core control. This assessment allows me to coach you more effectively within the group setting.

Who This Training Is For

This group training is ideal for people who want structure, progress, and accountability, without committing to full one-on-one personal training.

If you value results, safe resistance training, and a coach who actually tracks your progress, this Sunday group training in Kitsilano is built for you.
