Yusuke is consummate professional. He is dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge of health and movement. After training with him at a private gym, I followed him to his own practice. Having experienced years of chronic back pain, Yusuke amends my fitness program to address periods of injury recovery, as well as phases of fitness gain. He is committed to the goals of his clients and his diligence regarding form, alignment and the general safety and well-being of his clients, is outstanding.

I started working with Yusuke this summer. My focus is posture improvement, building bone density and improving balance. Yep – I’m a senior. Since working with Yusuke, I’ve noticed improvement in all 3 areas. Throughout the workout I can see he is paying great attention and checks in with you to ensure you are not experiencing any discomfort. He is professional, warm, encouraging and also very skilled.

I stopped by twice during my one week stay in Vancouver. You can get there in 30 minutes by bus from downtown. My trainer, Yusuke, doesn’t just do exercises to build strength, he listens to my problems and suggests exercises to solve them. Reservations can be made via email and are recommended during breaks from sightseeing or business trips.

Yusuke is incredible! I worked with him previously to develop best practices for independence at the gym. He invited me back for a session to check in and catch up. The circuits were relevant to what I’m working on my own but also exciting and challenging. Yusuke is very dedicated to ensure the workout is challenging but safe and enjoyable. His training helped set the foundation for my confidence, and my success at the gym.
