you may fall into some problems.
I was working with one senior client, giving him some exercises because I thought everything was good for him. Then, I thought about what his initial goal was.
I found that oftentimes, personal trainers would give exercises to their clients because you like those exercises. However, that may make you ignore what your clients really want.
So today, I explained why we are going to do these exercises but also added some exercises for his goal, too. It turned out that our personal training session went well, more enjoyable for both of us.
