Kitsilano Small Group Training – Bring Your Friends!

Do you enjoy working out in a group setting? If so, I have a great option for you! I offer small group training in Kitsilano, Vancouver, with a maximum of four people per session. Currently, I run two group sessions per week, but if you have friends and want to create your own group, I’m open to it!



Flexible Scheduling

I am available for group training on:

  • Weekdays after 7 PM

  • Weekends


This flexible schedule allows you to find a time that works best for you and your group.

Unlike large group classes with 10 or more people, I keep the group size small—just four participants. This ensures:

  • Customized modifications to accommodate different fitness levels.


For example, if someone in the group cannot do lunges, I provide a suitable modification. If another struggles with push-ups, there are always alternative options. No one is left behind!
