Just like training a senior client, this client taught me valuable lessons. I was a bit nervous first but I enjoyed doing personal training sessions with this client.
July special -Personal Training-
I want to encourage those who want to start out their training but are shy to go to the gym. Outside training in Kitsilano is available and $60 per session for one on one personal training at the park. I will keep training at the gym, too.
Senior client (what we do) part 2 – Personal Training –
The personal training gym is not only for younger people. Our gym has stations where you have your own space for training. You would love it if you want to workout where there are not many people.

What to avoid for senior clients -Personal Training-
There are some things you should avoid when you are relatively older. However, strength training is more important for seniors than young adults. Just careful with some stuff and you are always good to go!

This part is actual training part what we have been doing. My client is very motivated that makes my personal training job so fun. She first worry because she can do only a little, but seeing her improving on everything is one of the best part of doing this job.

Since I started training one senior client recently, I want to share what we have been doing to mainly encourage more people to do strength training. If someone over 70 can do it, you can do it, too.
