I never start with static stretches for personal training sessions but some dynamic warm up. I found people are so ready for training after them.
Some of Hamstrings stretch you can do
I am talking about the static stretch here. Make sure you stretch the target muscles when your body is warm. Otherwise, it is not only that effective, but also you may injure yourself by stretching.
Some mobility exercises before Squatting
Has everybody been having fun training? Try squats, mobility / flexibility exercises daily to keep your body functioning normally. And you should enjoy what you are doing.

Prerequisite for doing V-ups
When I worked at the old gym, any exercises with bringing both legs down at the same time while lying face up were out. That’s because not many people can do it properly. This does only harm you but training. I will explain how you should perform it but if you are not sure, I will teach you during personal training sessions.
