What I learned by Personal Training for 6 years

Come to think about what I have done for 6 years, I made so many mistakes. The moment that happened made me depressed or frustrated. But I think making those mistakes was a great opportunity for me to be a better personal trainer as well as a better person.  This reminds me of Cao cao from the three kingdoms era in China, quoted “天よ、百難をわれに与えよ” meaning is something like “give me 100 ordeals”.  He believed in surpassing the ordeals makes him stronger.

How I progress handstand

Handstands are so fun.  I used to do it every day.  But if you want to be able to hold without the wall, then you should learn how to progress from there. You can try without the methods if you are brave enough but I personally recommend not doing so for safety reasons.

I don’t teach handstands during personal sessions normally. So far there are two clients who I taught, though lol.

Personal Trainerになるための英語で勉強 Part 10

昔トレーニングをかなり頑張っていた時期があったのですが今思えばしっかり筋肉がどうやって鍛えられるか勉強するべきだったと思います。いつもケガしてから(失敗してから)学ぼうとするんですよね。ただ経験上、Personal trainer はケガをしたことがある方がいいと思います。なぜなら痛みが解りまたそうならないよう勉強してるPersonal trainerが大半だと思います。
