When you work on your lat, biceps are often involved. If you want to feel the burn on biceps, feel free to add biceps exercises at the end (I do it during personal training sessions for someone who wants to be big).
For my personal training clients, weight loss is the most common goal and I am sure many people have the same goal. And I see their struggle all the time. I hope I can help more individuals with the training program that I am going to explain.
Some of the exercises may be too challenging for you or since I am introducing abs exercises, they may cause back pain for some people. Then don’t do it.

The BC government has extended most of the COVID-19 restrictions imposed last month to combat the spread of Omicron, but is allowing gyms to reopen under new guidelines.
GREAT NEWS!! Finally our personal training gym will open on Jan 20th.
