I have heard from some of clients about their gaining weights during covid. I understand your stress and depression. However, what is done is done. Let’s think about what you can do.

Although your goal is to lose weight, it is so important to see some small changes.
Losing weight may take some time and can be frustrating if you don’t see the immediate result. This is why you want to have a short term goal as well as the long term goal (obviously they have to be realistic).
