Training Goal – Personal Training
Having a long term goal as well as a short term goal is a great way to stick to a training program. One of my clients whose personal training goal for this year is jumping rope doubles for 50 times. She did 26, 12, 19 yesterday, and 26 is her personal record so far. Let’s see how she can improve from here.

March special -Personal Training-
If you start in March, the first 5 sessions for $300 (normally $70 per session). Don’t miss the chance and start your personal training journal!
Family Day 2022 – Personal Training
February 21st Family day, I work as usual. I should be available from 8am – 8pm. If you fail starting out your new years resolution due to the recent lockdown, it is never to be late! I will be waiting for you at our personal training gym!!
Weekend Personal Training Available
If you are looking to work out at our personal training gym during a quiet time, Saturdays and Sundays are perfect for you. My availabilities are as follows
- Saturday 8am – 4pm
- Sunday 8am – 4pm
I can also try to find quiet time on weekdays. Don’t be shy to ask me for the details.
February Special – Personal Training
January was one of the toughest times for the fitness industry but we are back to normal!! As a personal trainer, I want you to get better health by working out. Now it is time to take advantage of the opportunity.
If you decide to start in February, the first session is only $40!! (Normally $60 for the initial personal training session and $70 for a regular session) . I am waiting for you at the gym!!
Back to Personal Training
After a month break, finally my personal training business is back to normal. It is definitely more fun and exciting at the gym!! The new gym rule is described below.

Hours for the holiday season vary.
- December 25th (Christmas day) – off
- January 1st – off
